A Sober House Can Be More Than You Might Think
At Cayuga House, we think the best recovery housing goes way beyond simply providing a safe, clean place to stay while you work on yourself. To us, the sober house is part of the recovery process. An important part. It’s where you come at the end of the day for respite and to process the work you did in PHP and IOP.
It’s also a place for fellowship, fun and personal growth. Many of our residents develop friendships and powerful sober supports at our NJ and Florida sober houses. Our recovery housing is also an ideal place to put new skills and habits into practice.
